The room was comfortable and well looked after, and the whole hotel has been renovated recently. We thought it was very good value. It’s also in a handy spot near the Palermo Woods, about a 20-minute walk from Plaza Durango, the Palermo hotspot. We had a pleasant stay and would come back.

This really feels like a 2-star place. The bed was so small that a full turn could put you on the floor. In room 101, the A/C took hours to cool things down. Coffee and snacks only start at 7:30 AM, which was too late for me to grab any before my flight.

For a 2-star hotel, it’s just right. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are modern, and the staff are kind around the clock. There’s a small breakfast included, just a croissant and coffee. The location is great for a first-time visitor.

They were incredibly friendly, and gave us a room as soon as we arrived, about six hours before check-in. We also loved the complimentary coffee and croissants, since breakfast itself isn’t included. The rooms are spotless and well equipped, and the Palermo location is superb. It’s a real find and amazing value for money. We highly recommend it.

The location worked perfectly for a visit to the US embassy, and the hotel was quiet enough for us to get a good rest. The facilities are new and the room was really comfortable. There’s no breakfast, but they do offer croissants with complimentary tea, coffee, and milk. I highly recommend the place.
