We had plenty of space and found the apartment and building very comfortable and well-equipped. It’s in a lovely residential area, near an interesting shopping center, museums, the Holy Land, and a Japanese Garden. I’d highly recommend staying here. Thanks for having us, Flavio. Diana Zunini

We were there on 10/10/25 for two nights. I don’t hand out praise lightly, and finding FLAVIO was lucky, because sometimes it’s hard to know who to trust. The apartment is a real luxury: a huge, very comfortable bed, floating floor, A/C, Wi-Fi and cable TV. There’s a proper refrigerator, haha, not a mini fridge, plus a kitchen, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and cooking utensils. You can park your car inside the building. And there’s a small pool and mini gym on the terrace. I’m not exaggerating. We already know where we’ll stay next time we come to Buenos Aires. Thanks, FLAVIO, you’re a phenomenon. We feel like we’ve made a new friend.
