The hotel and restaurant both have a warm, welcoming feel, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. When we came back for our second stay, they even remembered one of our group by name. The rooms were clean, the location worked really well, and we were impressed overall. I'd recommend AQ suites, and it'll be my first choice next time I'm back.

This has become my home away from home in Argentina. I've been coming since 2023, and this was my eighth visit to BAs, staying here every time. I like the safe area and the hotel's small boutique feel. The rooms are cozy, the restaurant is fantastic, and the staff are excellent. Jhon and many others I can't even name have always been respectful and attentive.

We were charged extra for having an infant, and nobody had clearly explained that beforehand. The reception staff were rude and completely unprofessional. It felt like the hotel was looking for any excuse to add surprise charges, and the customer service was unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend staying here if you want to avoid hidden fees, unpleasant surprises, and disrespectful treatment. Worst service in the city.

We loved this boutique hotel. The service felt carefully considered, and the quality was top-notch. Its central spot is also tucked away, which we really enjoyed.
