The bathroom I used had a broken door and was so tiny it flooded whenever you showered. The kitchen sink was clogged, the fridge switched itself off and made motorcycle-like noises when opened, and the room let you hear everything because the materials seemed so poor. The cleaning was bad too: the floor was always left black. The cheap mirrored shelf door would collapse on its own, and the air conditioner leaked water all over the rooms. The pool shown in the photo is very small and full of fungi. Receptionist JAVIER was very unpleasant, and most of the time he served people smelling of ALCOHOL. The place went three days with power cuts lasting more than four hours, and there was no elevator for the sixth floor. It's a shame a place like this is still operating, charging so much for the worst experience. I paid 119 thousand. Don't go. They might make something up or have cleaning break something, then try to charge you in dollars and take the money for your stay, leaving you out on the street. The cleaning staff deliberately do a bad job, I believe, because they and receptionist Javier offer room cleaning as an extra service for 1,000 pesos. If you don't pay what they want, they'll treat you like a dog. The employees know about it and say nothing.

I spent two weeks here and felt very comfortable. The rooms were clean and had fully equipped kitchens, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants and a shopping center are nearby.
