The location is perfect, and our room was really clean. Check-in at 8pm was simple, they just gave us a door code. The receptionist was lovely and helpful whenever we had questions, and stored our luggage after we checked out on our last day.

The hotel could use an update, especially the furniture, and perhaps a general renovation. Breakfast was simple and delivered to the room. Still, the location is why I booked: it's in a safe, upscale, central neighborhood, within walking distance of several nice restaurants. If you're after that location without splurging on a 5* hotel, it's a good option.

This is an apartment-style hotel with very basic amenities and services. The staff were courteous and helpful, especially Nazareno. The location is awesome, right across from the Recoleta cemetery and around the corner from Recoleta Urban Mall, which is full of pubs, restaurants and shops.

The staff were very friendly, and it's a good neighbourhood and location for tourism or going out. Nearby clubs and restaurants do make the area noisy. Inside, maintenance is poor, the gym and pool are tiny, and the pool stays in the shade most of the day. Rooms have only a basic kitchenette, and breakfast is basic and brought to the room. Fine for a few days, but I wouldn't recommend a long stay.
