This place is really cool, and its distinctive decorations make it awesome. I'd give it 8/10. Sadly, the quality and attention have slipped a bit. It could be a paradise with more care: rooms made more comfortable, broken things fixed, including the air conditioner, heaters and bathroom drains, and better maintenance in general. The whole place also needs to be tidier and cleaner. It's not a pile of rubbish, but it could definitely be cleaner.

It’s a family-run hotel with nice rooms, and the price seems fair for what you get, though it is high. I’d say it works well for tourists trying to save money while they explore Buenos Aires. I just wish the management paid more attention.

The breakfast is included and really good, with everything from scrambled eggs to excellent coffee. There’s also a 10% discount if you pay in cash, and the value for money is great. You might not guess from the outside what a gem it is. Inside, the rooms are very nice, clean, and modern, with elegant bathrooms. The murals throughout the rooms and house are amazing. We highly recommend it!

San Telmo is an older part of Buenos Aires, but it’s quiet, and the hotel is well placed for exploring the city. The service and facilities were excellent. For me, that’s a 10/10.
