The apartment is well located, but the stay was a disaster. It was filthy, the refrigerator smelled awful, the bathroom was broken, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Parking had been mentioned, but no one ever answered about it, so we had to leave the car on the street. When we arrived, nobody was there. We were told to collect the key from a place an hour away, and eventually it was sent by motorcycle. They ignored our messages and gave us no support. Strangely, communication became very smooth and they responded immediately at checkout and when it was time to pay. It felt like they didn’t care about repeat customers. I absolutely don’t recommend them.
