Friendly, helpful staff who communicate quickly, and the place is excellent for the price. The morning coffee is terrible, but there are several decent choices within two blocks. Coffee Town is arguably the best in BA, and there's also a Starbucks nearby.

In San Telmo, a safe area, the hotel is clean and the staff are pleasant. Puerto Madero is about a 10-minute walk away. I gave reception service three stars because I asked for a taxi to EZE and the driver charged me double, around 800 pesos, saying there was an arrangement with the hotel. That was fine, but the hotel should have told me the price so I could decide whether to pay it.

A disgusting dump. This is a tourist trap in the middle of San Telmo, so don't stay here. It's filthy as fu*"k, likeicrobiology lab, the beds are disgusting, and the street is noisy. The staff are absent and thick. I'd rather be out on the street than here.

We got a good-sized room in a convenient spot in an interesting part of the city. The service was excellent, and the staff were helpful, with some able to speak a bit of English.
