We lasted just an hour, and I’ve never had a worse stay. There was no water when we got to our room, so we couldn’t even use the bathroom. At a thermal hotel, no water? They should be ashamed. The room also smelled unbearably damp. Nobody had told us they were fixing anything; apparently, they’d left the taps open to clear the air and get the water running 🤌🏽. When we returned, the room was full of steam, our suitcases were wet, and moisture was dripping from the ceiling. The manager said, “I’m the only superior, nothing can be done and neither can they return the reservation,” then told us to turn on the heater and close the room so it would dry. Don’t go. It’s not worth even one night, much less a longer stay.

The staff were consistently attentive, and their service was the one real bright spot. The rooms and breakfast were underwhelming, though, and the price is high for what you get. If you book ahead, you can find nicer places for the same money. It might do for one night, but I still wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel felt like it was falling apart, and the rooms had a musty smell. The mattresses were old and worn, and there’s no pool, which they don’t mention. We stayed one night, then canceled the rest of our stay. Terrible experience!

I can’t recommend this place at all. After I booked through Booking.com, someone messaged me on WhatsApp from a number different from the one on the platform and asked me to transfer a deposit to an unknown account. I asked them to contact me through the platform so I could check it wasn’t a scam. They responded rudely and said they would cancel my reservation because they were full. Terrible service.

I felt ripped off. Our room had a French door opening onto an interior courtyard that wouldn’t shut, and the bathroom didn’t even have the mirror I was looking for. The mattress was a 4. Heating came from fan heaters: two weren’t working, so they left us with a third. The rooms were damp, and the staircase was dangerously uneven. The Tourism Board shouldn’t be doing its job properly. This place is nowhere near an international tourist destination.
