For what we paid, the service was very good. We were just passing through for one night, and the clean room and polite staff met our expectations. Breakfast was simple, but included and fair for the price.

We only spent one night here, and I wouldn't return. There was nowhere to park unless you left your car key. The beds were terribly uncomfortable, and under the sheets we found a tissue with mucus and blood on it. The minibar didn't cool, one closet door was broken, and the strong chemical smell in the bathroom was unpleasant. The plastic bathtub creaked and sat so high that it would be hard to get into for someone with limited mobility. There was no bath mat or toilet paper holder, the handrail was rusty, and the shampoo bottle was broken. The beds had no scent.

Very good overall, though a few things keep it from being perfect. Hot water can be unreliable at night, the wall paint is chipped, and the garage is tight, with a small gate. The rearview mirrors are sharp, too.

We booked this as part of a tour package, and the photos made it look all right. The restaurant was the bright spot: they prepared the vegetarian menu we specifically asked for, the waiters were attentive, and we generally enjoyed the food. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Rest was harder. The room had a constant sewer smell, the sheets and comforter were dirty, and the mini-fridge lost power whenever we left the room. On several nights, reception played music after midnight loud enough to reach the second floor, so we had to ask them to turn it down. Staff also spoke loudly, making it difficult to sleep. The pool and jacuzzi were visibly dirty and poorly maintained. It seems like the hotel has potential and a good location, but in my opinion it doesn't meet the standard of a 3-star hotel.
