The grounds and pools are excellent, and the place itself is very nice. The owner cooks very well, and both the service and attention were very good. Breakfast was good too. The location is acceptable, though a little far from the city center. The room was the problem for me: extremely small, with a window facing a wall just inches away, so there was no ventilation at all. The TV was placed where it couldn't be used. I wouldn't recommend that room.

We only spent one night, but enjoyed it all. The pool was a 10/10, comfortable, safe, and great for families. The owners were warm and friendly, and breakfast was delicious. It's a beautiful place, and we'll definitely make it our regular hotel when we come back to the hot springs. ❤️

We loved our week at Hotel Alemar during winter break, and we'd be happy to return on our next trip. The family running it, including the owner Patricia, were all kind, friendly, and always available. It's peaceful, people respect the quiet hours, and there's covered parking. Both the indoor and outdoor thermal pools were beautiful and clean. The barbecue area is fully set up with a grill, electric oven, and refrigerator, and there's a gym for keeping up with your routine. Our room was lovely, with a good mattress and a bathroom that had its own thermal water plunge pool. Breakfast buffet was very good, and they can prepare something to eat there if you don't want to go out. We also tried the massages, which were excellent. The hotel has all the amenities we needed. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay as a family. The place is clean and well equipped, and the prices are reasonable, nothing outrageous. Patricia, the owner, and her children are there and ready to help with whatever you need. There are two thermal pools: one outdoors in a spacious patio with chairs, tables, loungers, a grill, and music, and another lovely covered pool inside. There's also secure garage parking. Our spacious, comfortable room had a good layout, wardrobe, bathroom, and anteroom, all working perfectly the whole time. Breakfast in the dining room was delicious and complete, with homemade pastries, croissants, criollos, white and whole wheat bread, sweet potato and quince tart, butter, jam, fruit salad, juice, lemonade, yogurt, coffee, tea, milk, and hot chocolate. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a clean, well-equipped place.

The pools were beautiful, and the hotel was spotless. We had a fantastic stay, with excellent service from the owners, who were very attentive and friendly.
