Bet Hotel Buenos Aires

The first man who greeted me was very nice, but things went downhill after that. My room was poorly insulated and the bed was uncomfortable. Staff gave me conflicting breakfast times: I was told 5 a.m., got up at 6, then was told it actually started at 8. Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby. When I asked to move rooms, they said there were none available, even though I could see many keys left there for rooms whose guests weren’t in. This was easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Avoid it.

We paid 98 euros for a double room for three nights, and for the same money you can find much better. The room was freezing, not very clean, and wasn't ready when we arrived at 12:15. The shower barely worked, and the bedside lamp was broken. Breakfast was just two slices of toast and a cup of coffee. When we asked for more, we were told, “Solo dos por persona.”

The front desk guys were always polite and checked whether we needed anything. The nightly rate felt fair, breakfast was included, and the service was good. I looked at a lot of hotels, and this was the cheapest one I found. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting decent service at a fair price. Frank felix

The bathroom was very dark, the staff weren't kind or welcoming, and the wardrobe and mattress were old and in bad shape. Disgusting place. My worst day of the trip was spent here.
