The only good things were the friendly reception staff and the location. The rest made this the worst travel experience we've had. Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes, had cockroaches, and wasn't cleaned. Doors kept banging, the lighting was poor, the soap holder was coming off the wall, and tape was wrapped around the shower to keep it from falling. We dealt with all of that during our six-day stay. We slept with the balcony door open to reduce the cigarette smell, but then the noise was unbearable. When we ran out of toilet paper, reception told us to contact the apartment owner. CVC had placed us there. I've stayed in roadside hotels with more dignity than this place. The owner's support was another problem. The main issues were the bad smell, cockroaches, poor cleaning, noise, dim room, and lack of support from the owner.

We stayed in the apartment for seven days and left yesterday. The room was spacious and well organized, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a bathroom. There's Wi-Fi, and the location is good. The hotel staff were okay and never treated us badly. You can explore a lot of the city on foot, and there's a cafe on the corner by the hotel. We did notice some things: at times a strong cigarette smell came up, though it didn't bother us too much. As Brazilians, we were a little wary of the door lock, but had no problems. There was dampness in the bathroom walls, which I think may be from the bathtub, and we found two baby cockroaches. I guess that can happen anywhere. You can go without worrying.

The bathroom was falling apart and had cockroaches. Customer service is only by email, and the building receptionists were rude. Disgusting, and completely disrespectful.

Filthy, deceptive, and crawling with cockroaches. The service was terrible. The listing photos and its one review are fake, in my view. The pictures I've attached show what it's really like.
