I stayed for over a month, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The value was wonderful too. I'll miss everyone, Cecilia, Solange, Luis, and another lovely fellow who worked days. The cleaning staff were kind as well. That's how it was the whole time.

I had to cancel and book somewhere else after they ignored my calls, messages, and emails about a problem with a service the apartment was meant to include. I had booked through them, and when I contacted my bank for help, they ignored the bank's calls too. They then ignored my cancellation and refund requests. They were extremely unreliable and unwilling to help. BA is a great place with plenty of other hotels, so please avoid this one.

The rooms are simple but clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Luis in particular was lovely.

The staff were very friendly and attentive when I asked for things. Housekeeping wasn't daily, but they cleaned on the third day of my stay, and that was fine with me. For what I paid, the service was better than I expected, though the facilities could use some work. The hotel is in a good spot in San Telmo, close to places to eat and drink, shops for essentials, and tourist sights. You can get to other parts of the city quickly on foot or by other means. I'd recommend it for a visit to the city.
