Broadway Hotel & Suites

The bathroom could use some work. Its half-height shower wall let water spray everywhere, the hook was broken, and the light switch was inside the shower, which was odd. We also heard quite a bit of street noise from the sixth floor, though we could still fall asleep, and the bed and pillows were a little too firm for my taste. The room itself was very large, with a big sitting area and mini kitchen, and the price was decent. The location was great, and the staff were friendly, though not speaking Spanish made communication a bit tricky for us.

I stayed at this hotel for more than two weeks, and the experience was very bad. In the first few days we had to change rooms because of a leak, and none of the staff helped us move our things. In the second room, the vanity leaked and the shower was blocked. They came to fix those issues a couple of days later. Then the elevator was broken for a week, so sometimes we had to use the stairs from level eight. I also had two days left on my booking when a family member got sick. I politely asked to change the dates, but they refused. I don’t recommend this hotel.

We had two rooms for our family of five, and the hotel worked well for us. The rooftop pool and its view were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed, apart from complimentary coffee.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with good air conditioning, and breakfast was simple but pleasant. The hotel is quite old, though it’s been refurbished to look new. The lifts were always having problems.
