We had a reservation, but the man who greeted us said, “We have no more rooms,” as if it wasn’t his problem. He didn’t apologize or seem to care. Then he said, “It’s not my fault. My boss do this all the time.” Class.

I liked the terrace and shared areas as well as the room. They showed me around and were straightforward with me. Everyone was friendly, down to earth, and helpful. It’s not a luxury place, so I’m not sure what some people expect 🙄.
