Lucas, the super, was really friendly, as was everyone else I met in the building. There’s simple workout equipment on the top floor and a small rooftop pool with great views. The San Telmo location is excellent, right by the park and only a few blocks from the market, with a gym nearby too. The photos were taken on my last day, so the studio looks a bit messy, but they give you an idea of its size. Had a fantastic time and will absolutely be back 🙏

Food, drinks, parks, and shows are all close by. You have everything nearby.
Please tell the people on the first floor who play their music loudly that they’re making too much noise. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a restful stay.
A safe neighborhood with everything close by. These apartments work well for sightseeing or for a longer stay.
