Deluxe Apartments in Palermo - by BueRentals

Our studio was larger than many, very clean, and had plenty of storage, an efficient kitchen, and a small safe. We stayed five nights, and on the second day Micaela messaged to ask if we'd like cleaning and fresh sheets and towels during our visit. That was unexpected and appreciated. She and Valentine also happily brought us coffee pods for the little Nespresso each day. The building is in a quiet part of Palermo, close to buses, the efficient SUBTE (subway), and lots of excellent cafés and restaurants. The building and apartments feel secure, with electronic keypads. Micaela and Valentine at reception were delightful and very helpful, answering our questions before arrival and during the stay. Their WhatsApp replies were quick, and their instructions for getting into the building and flat and using the safe were useful. We were very happy with the accommodations and will book again for a longer stay in Buenos Aires.

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the location was convenient, just a short Uber ride from most attractions. I was surprised that we could use the washers and dryers for free. Valentina and Micaela were gracious hosts, patiently answering what was probably 50 questions from my wife and me over four days, always with a smile. Highly recommended.

The staff were really nice and always around when we needed directions or help. Our unit had a balcony, which was nice to sit on, and the free laundry in the basement came in handy. The television worked great, and there was plenty of hot water and good pressure. The accommodations were basic but had all the essentials. I also really enjoyed the café around the corner that provides meals for this place.

Everything was within walking distance in Palermo. The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful and spoke English. It was great working with Valentina Michaela, she was very sweet. We had a great stay!
