The apartment was clean, comfortable, and really nice, right in the center and just two blocks from the pedestrian area. My wife and I had separate plans and commitments, so sharing the one key meant we had to keep coordinating who had it. It would be helpful to have a second set, one for each guest. Apart from that, everything was great.

We’ll definitely come back. The apartment was fully equipped, and the service was attentive and helpful. It’s right downtown, with lots of places to eat nearby: a café downstairs and a reasonably priced food-by-weight stall. There’s a Día supermarket 100 meters away, a 24-hour kiosk across the street, and Lavalle subway station on Line C about a block and a half away. Florida Street and the lovely Corrientes Avenue are close too.

The apartment is spacious and very central, but that’s about all that’s good. Maintenance and cleanliness were poor, and there weren’t enough household items. They also charged more than $50 for arriving after 8:00 p.m.
