The rooms are spacious and reasonably priced, and the location in central Buenos Aires is good. Check-in and checkout have some issues, though. The people in charge need to honor the stated conditions, and there are shortcomings around that.

Whenever I need to stay overnight in the capital, this is one of my favorite places. The rooms are huge, the beds are excellent, and the kitchenettes have everything needed for cooking. Bathrooms are well maintained, and the service is incredibly attentive and friendly. Prices are very reasonable too. Keep up the good work!

Gustavo was the best part of our stay. He kept checking how things were going and anticipated what we might need, making a real effort to improve our time there. The apartment itself was fantastic too: huge, bright, and clean, with a comfortable kitchen, a roomy bathroom, super-comfortable beds, and A/C that worked perfectly. The view of Talcahuano was excellent. This was my first time booking an apartment, and the visit changed how I’ll choose places in Buenos Aires. From now on, it’s Flamingo for me, never a hotel room again. Thanks for everything, and congratulations on the quality of service. See you soon!

The rooms are spacious and the bed is good, so the facilities are reasonable. But the service toward Brazilians was awful, from the manager to the housekeeper. The arrogance and rudeness were unbearable. Breakfast was weak and ridiculous too. Cheese and ham were only for Argentinians.
