We loved staying here. The included breakfast was great, and the other restaurant food looked good. Front desk staff were friendly and informed, and the wait staff were competent. Everyone accommodated my lack of Spanish. We were upgraded to an 11th floor suite with beautiful views of Cerritos avenue from both the room and rooftop. There's a rooftop bar and a lobby bar, too. A few downsides: the shower sometimes sent out sudden bursts of very hot water, probably when toilets were flushed, and there were no tissues in the bathroom. Our key cards lost their programming partway through the stay, the robes were quite small, and noise from the rooftop bar went late into the night, though a noise machine covered it. Irons weren't in the room, but might have been available on request. We didn't ask.

The staff were always polite, attentive, and helpful, and breakfast had a good range and quality. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. Grand Brizo Hotel has a modern, elegant, welcoming feel, and its central location makes it convenient for getting around Buenos Aires and visiting many attractions. I had an excellent stay and would gladly return.

We didn't stay at Hotel Grand Brizo, but the restaurant's service, food quality, and atmosphere gave us a good impression of the property's management. The table service was great, and the food and presentation were great too. It feels good to pay and get what you expect! Tourists can have an awesome time in classy Bs As. Special thanks to Mss. Nahari for her awesome personality, Mr. Hugo for the best Cafe Irelandes, and Mss.Sofia :)

The sauna and Jacuzzi were always available, and we never found them busy. Our balcony room was especially lovely and clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful and right in the heart of town. Breakfast was fine for getting the job done, nothing memorable. The pool was closed because it only opens in summer. I'd recommend booking a balcony room.

For the price, the place felt dated and short on facilities. Our Executive Suite on the 10th floor was noisy, with loud music going late into the night. The breakfast was bland, and the so-called gym was tiny. Minibar prices felt outrageous, almost like a scam. The WiFi worked and the location was good, but that's about all I liked. It felt more like a $120-a-night, 3-star hotel. There are much better nearby options, so I'd stay elsewhere.
