The reception staff are incredibly nice and helpful, and the rooms are spacious, new, clean, and very comfortable. I recommend this hotel and their other place around the corner called Feel to any traveler. I'm leaving today and already booked another room for when I return in 10 days. Nothing but good things to say.

The large balcony was a real highlight of our stay at Apartment H4A, with a random street view from it. Inside, there was a separate bedroom and a living area with a kitchen and couch, plus a comfortable bed, good-quality toiletries, and a good-sized bathroom with a stand-in shower. The cooler worked perfectly, and the medium-sized Smart TV had plenty of sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment channels, primarily in Spanish. Free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property at good speed. H5063 is in a safe, quiet area in the heart of Palermo Soho, which felt reassuring for female travelers. There are trendy cafes, boutiques, art galleries, parks, and public transport within walking distance, and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The serviced apartments are clean, well furnished, and homely. Staff were friendly, took care of our needs with a smile, and made us feel at home. There is no gym, pool, or on-site restaurant. The so-called breakfast was a lame affair, delivered to the room the previous evening. It's a stylish place, but the breakfast let it down.

The treatment I got from Paula at reception was unacceptable. She worked from 9 am to 3 pm and spoke aggressively to me, then treated me poorly when I asked about my packages, despite my having delivery confirmation. They refused to accept them, so I lost money, and then made me feel bad for not telling them I was sending packages. I travel all over the world and have never had this happen before. Her attitude was disrespectful, unpleasant, and inconsiderate, with no effort to help at all. I was staying with my family, and the whole thing was frustrating and very negative. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located, and the room was clean and well appointed. Service was good, though they rationed the toilet paper. A major problem was the poor sound and thermal insulation.
