Hestia at Gral. Las Heras 1700

Yanella at the concierge desk deserves a special thank you. She was terrific, friendly, and helped us change our travel plans. The front desk and luggage staff were just as helpful, and service throughout was exceptionally friendly. The rooms are nicely appointed, the location is good, and the hotel is great value. It's been a terrific base for our travels, and we're glad we'll be back in a few days for another night. Thank you!

The one letdown was the fitness center, which was still under construction. I specifically look for a gym when I book, so that was disappointing. Once it's finished, this should be a fantastic hotel and easy to recommend. The location at Gran Recoleta Hotel is nicely balanced, just a couple of minutes on foot from everything but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely exceptional, friendly, professional, and always helpful. I had a very good stay and would give it four stars, or 5 once the fitness center is complete.

We were welcomed as Bonvoy Titanium and were lucky to get both an early check-in and late checkout, which helped us make the most of our 3 night anniversary and birthday trip to Bueos Aires. My wife and I had a superb stay. The service was top notch, and the staff and guest service felt world-class. This is one of the best Marriott properties we've stayed at internationally. Thank you for an amazing visit.

Belen, the concierge, deserves a special mention for helping us organize several parts of our trip. The Recoleta Grand is in a wonderful spot in BA for sightseeing and finding great restaurants. The rooms were terrific, and the service was 5 star.
