Our flight was delayed and the Airbnb we’d been staying in was booked, so we only needed somewhere for a few hours. The staff were great, and the location was exactly what we needed. The room wasn’t great, but it was good enough for leaving our bags.

The front desk staff were fantastic. The hotel was very clean, with hot water and cold air conditioning, and it felt nicely upscale. There aren’t many restaurants or bars right nearby, so you may want to plan on taking an Uber somewhere.

The location is good, but there are many other places nearby with better value for the money. This hotel is quite old and dirty, and I wouldn’t stay here for either leisure or business. Breakfast was limited, and there wasn’t any other service. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The breakfast on the first floor had a good selection of breads, cheese, and ham, plus juice, coffee, tea, cereal, and some kind of fruit each day. For the price, it’s a good deal. The location is excellent and central. You can walk to Retiro bus and train stations in about 20 minutes, as well as to Puerto Madero and other points of interest. The subway isn’t nearby, but there’s a Metrobus station at Santa Fe on boulevard 9 de julio. The hotel itself is old and needs renovation. Everything looks worn out.

A lot of things in the room were missing, and most of what was there didn’t work. The hair dryer and lights were broken, and so was the mirror. The front desk never helped, just came up with excuses.
