There was a gas leak in my room, and the hotel offered no solution. I left for another hotel, but had paid for the full stay and didn't use any of it.

The people working here were very polite, and the restroom was big and nice. But the room was small, the bed was small, and the Wi-Fi was absent or bad. Despite the listing showing air conditioning and Wi-Fi, there was no A/C. The neighborhood has problems and didn't feel safe. It felt like a rip-off with false advertising. You may get half the price by coming directly instead of booking online. Be aware that the place may not meet the standards most tourists expect.

A very disappointing experience. We booked three nights and told reception at check-in that we wanted to cancel the last night and stay for two. They confirmed there would be no cancellation charge if we gave three days' notice. Even so, they charged my card for all three nights. When I brought it up, they apologized and said they'd return the difference to my card, but I never received the money. I contacted the hotel more than four times and never got a reply. I definitely don't recommend it.
