In room #206, water pipes kept making sudden, thunder-like bangs whenever someone in the next room turned on a tap. The noise woke me up at night, and if you can't sleep through the night and recharge for the next day, the other good things don't matter. The automatic messenger on their WhatsApp service seems to be just for show when there's a problem. They asked for my room number, then never replied. I would have rated the hotel five stars for the clean room, friendly staff, strong WiFi, good shower, and excellent location, but the noise was too much.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, and they kept our luggage before check-in and after checkout. Our clean, spacious rooms were comfortable, and the hotel is in a great spot close to important attractions. The WiFi was pretty good, too. Good value. I'd give it four and a half stars.

HTL Urbano is perfectly located in Buenos Aires, and our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Lucia, Loswel and Candela were especially helpful and kind. They were professional, responsive, and kept everything organized, which made the visit even more enjoyable. We appreciated the warm service and attention to detail. I'd definitely recommend HTL Urbano and hope to come back soon. Muchas gracias again, Lucia, Loswel and Candela! 😊

We liked being close to the ferry terminal, the pedestrian plaza (Lavalle), and the theatre district. Our room at HTL Urbano on Tucumán was spacious, and the WiFi was excellent. It was quiet at night even though we faced the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke some English.

The rooms are soundproof, so none of the street noise came inside, and breakfast was good and varied in a pleasant area. The location is amazing and feels safe, with all of downtown within a 15-25 minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Buenos Aires.
