Hub Porteño

The staff were amazingly helpful, always ready to answer questions and make us feel at home. This welcoming boutique hotel has plenty of character and charm, spacious, well-appointed rooms, and a great location. The bar and lounge are gorgeous. Each morning, there were beautiful fruit platters and generous trays of baked goods, meats, and cheese, plus fresh-squeezed juice and fresh coffee. There's also a menu for cooked-to-order items. The rooftop terrace is a peaceful little oasis of plants. LIMA, an excellent Peruvian/Japanese fusion restaurant, is inside the hotel, and MARTi, a gourmet vegetarian restaurant, is right next door. Restaurants, services, shops, and some beautiful converted palaces are all within walking distance. Easy five stars across the board.

The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful, and the concierge went above and beyond with suggestions. They helped make our stay in Buenos Aires memorable. The hotel is in a wonderful area on a mostly quiet street, and breakfast was very good. Our stay was excellent.

The staff put in real effort to make sure guests have what they need, and they can also help book events. Breakfast was included, with sweet options and fantastic coffee, and the price felt fair. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has a splendid old-building look, in a beautiful part of the city where we felt safe and could walk to sights, shops, restaurants and bars. Some details could use attention: older furniture, bathroom cleaning, and curtains that need refreshing. Small fixes would make a noticeable difference.

I rarely write reviews, and I tend to avoid exclamation marks because I don't trust them. This place still made me want to say something. It has the location, excellent rooms and restaurant, and staff who are knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. An amazing hotel find.
