It’s a beautiful place and works really well for a party, but it isn’t a house. The listing isn’t completely accurate. The kitchen isn’t fully equipped for cooking, some showers have no hot water, the beds are much too soft, and a few air conditioners don’t work. I’d recommend it for a party, and only for that.

They spoiled us during a wonderful stay. The garden is beautiful, and the location is the best. I’ll always stay here when I visit Buenos Aires.

Jam Suites is a small hotel with just a few rooms and a garden out back. The location is excellent, and even walking around the neighborhood feels like an outing. The shower has plentiful hot water, while breakfast is basic. Guests make their own eggs or toast in the kitchen, which gives the place a homey feel. Coffee is served at little tables in reception, making it easy to get to know the other people there.
