Breakfast was satisfying, and the staff were welcoming and provided good service. The bed was comfortable too. The rooms, though, are small, with old furniture, and the sound carries so badly that I could hear everything nearby. At 3 am, an especially enthusiastic couple upstairs even woke me up 😅. The room ran cold, but the air conditioning warmed it up well. The bathroom is extremely compact but usable. There’s just one very slow elevator, so the stairs are usually quicker.

This apart hotel is in Belgrano, one of Buenos Aires’ most traditional neighborhoods, near public transport and the China Town area. The rooms have what you need for a comfortable stay, including a microwave oven and water heater.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, a small but complete spread in the Argentinian style. The rooms, especially the bathroom, could have been cleaner. Staff were great, friendly and helpful, and the place felt safe, with someone always at the front desk and a locked front door. It’s close to the subte, plus there are lots of good places to eat and shop nearby.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was cleaned well, and the Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was basic and limited, with unsettling scrambled eggs. It’s a small, old hotel, and the bathroom towels were stained. There weren’t any amenities.

The location is great for visiting BA attractions, and the service was friendly. Wi-Fi was good. There were around sixty TV channels, but they were all in Spanish. The room had tea and coffee-making facilities, though only the sugar was complimentary, which felt a bit penny-pinching.
