I was in Apt 4, and left this morning after finding a cockroach in the bathroom. The towels and sheets were clean, but the apartment was dirty, and my feet got filthy walking barefoot on the floor. It hasn’t been maintained and isn’t fit to rent now. The photos in the ads look like they were taken years ago. The apartment also feels unsafe: the front door from the hallway doesn’t lock properly from outside, leaving your belongings at risk when you go out. The fridge and TV didn’t work. The stove was a dirty plug-in replacement, there were no tea towels for drying dishes, and the dishes were chipped and stained. Take the recent reviews seriously and stay somewhere else.

It was as expected, and the place was clean. We could leave our luggage there until check-in. The kitchen was short on equipment, though. We struggled with the stovetop, and some other things were missing.

Inside, it was so quiet and peaceful, even though restaurants, bars, buses, and the subway are all close by. A lovely spot to unwind or wander around Buenos Aires, with very good service and great value for the money.

Even with some really hot weather outside, the duplex stayed nice and cool. We had a great few days enjoying Buenos Aires and would definitely come back.

I couldn't sleep at all. The place smelled awful, was filthy, and cockroaches came up through the floor. There was no air conditioning either. It felt like a tenement, not a hostel or a 3-star hotel. A horrible experience, never again, and I absolutely do not recommend it.
