Thanks, everything was organized well and communication was good.

The location worked really well for us. We walked to everything we wanted to see in Puerto Madero and San Telmo, and the pool area was clean and very nice. Our room was spacious, clean, and pleasant, and the bathrooms were too. WhatsApp support replied pretty quickly. Breakfast was okay, and having an espresso machine was nice, though the pastries, cereal, and fruit got repetitive fast. The balconies were the main disappointment. We like sitting outside in private, but ours faced other guests' rooms just a few meters away, so it felt like sharing a space. Had we known, we wouldn't have booked a balcony room. Privacy inside was an issue too: the blackout curtain shut out all the light and the view when closed, while leaving it open exposed the whole room to the rooms opposite. A sunscreen curtain could help. Most guests kept their curtains closed, and the balconies seemed little used. We were given just one short roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more over WhatsApp. An extra roll would have been useful. Also, this isn't a conventional hotel. There's no reception or room service, and it feels somewhere between a hotel and an Airbnb.

Leandro was especially attentive and helped with every request. We had a lovely family stay with our 2.5-year-old daughter. The place was beautiful and clean, with a pool and sunroof, and the plentiful breakfast was delicious. Great customer service. We'd happily return and highly recommend it.

The rooms were excellent, very comfortable and clean, with a small fridge, electric kettle, sink, TV, and air conditioning. Security was very good, and the hotel bar staff were friendly, though the food choices there were limited. The pool feels too small for how busy it gets in summer. There are only 8 chairs, so everyone else ends up sitting on a towel on the floor, and the rules against eating and drinking in the pool area aren't enforced. Breakfast was poor and awkward to take away: overripe bananas, a few apples, cereal, pastries that you have to wait to be baked, okay coffee, and artificial juice.
