What made the stay special was how thoughtful the staff were. They greeted us every morning, asked how things were going, and brought out a really good breakfast. The omelet was fantastic, and their day trip suggestions were great too. Don’t miss the Boa Winery. The hotel is right among the best bars and nightlife, and the location couldn’t have been better. I’d come back in a heartbeat. A place to sleep is easy to find, but people who are this genuinely kind and caring are rare. Highly recommend.

The hotel is a cute boutique place in a great neighborhood, but the welcome and help from the staff fell short. We didn’t get a proper check-in or the information we needed about breakfast and restaurants. At this price, I expected a better level of service.

The room was the writer theme, and it was huge, full of details, with a book cabinet, typewriter, desk, and a massive bed. There’s also a big library in the lounge. We liked the hotel’s whole look, and the secure entrance, with locked doors, meant just anyone couldn’t wander in. The location suited exactly what my husband and I wanted to do. Reception were really helpful, and the rest of the team were friendly and forthcoming. Breakfast was the letdown: there wasn’t much to choose from, just eggs cooked how you wanted, with no other hot food. The person serving breakfast could have been more charming and approachable, and on two days it only started at 7:30, which was later than we wanted. There was no kettle in the room either.

Everything was spotless and comfortable, and the hotel sits in a perfect spot in Palmero SoHo. The bathrooms could use a refresh. Highly recommend.

The location is great, and the place has plenty of potential, but the rooms need refurbishing. The toiletries are poor and the towels are threadbare. A bit disappointing.
