Libertador Hotel

The elevator could take ages, and getting basic information was difficult. The room phone's room service button didn't work, even though room service apparently exists, and I couldn't find the menu on the hotel's official website. The room also had two doors, including one in the middle that seemed to connect with the next room, so sound carried between rooms and from the noisy hallway. There was little privacy or quiet, and the walls barely blocked noise. The bathroom was awful for women: nowhere to put your things, and a huge puddle on the floor after a shower. The air conditioning was loud and stuck at 22 degrees, no matter whether I tried to set it higher or lower, so I had to switch it off to sleep. The walls were moldy, and the old, used furniture, curtains, bathroom, and other parts of the room all looked outdated and disgusting. The rooms were dirty too. I don't understand how this is a '4' star hotel, and after reading several reviews, I can't take the positive ones seriously. I have never had such a bad experience at a '4 star hotel'. I'm sure there are many better places to stay. Don't go there.

The event went smoothly, and both our clients and our team felt looked after. The event spaces were beautifully arranged, and the atmosphere felt just right. From the warm welcome through the attentive service, the staff were professional and friendly, taking care with every detail. We were very pleased with our event at this hotel and would gladly come back for future events.

The breakfast was only okay, with too many pastries, no vegetables, just one cheese option, and ordinary coffee. The hotel itself is nice, though the rooms could use updating.

The location is good, and the staff responded promptly, but the rooms are worn and the place may have been a nice hotel once. It doesn't feel like a four-star stay. The toilet broke twice in three days, and friends of ours had no hot water.
