Before booking at the Urbanica, keep in mind that there's no gym or laundry service. The rooms are dated and need a significant refresh, with very poor sound insulation: you can hear the street and your neighbour taking a shower. The buffet breakfast has very limited choices and isn't good quality. The internet is really slow too.

The service was impeccable, and the staff were incredible: professional, courteous, and friendly, especially the reception team. They were true gentlemen. The facilities were great too, comfortable, clean, sophisticated in style, and well maintained. Breakfast is at Starbucks, which is good, and the staff there are pretty good too. There's no refrigerator in the rooms, so you have to pay for drinking water. Taxis and Ubers can drop you right at the front without trouble, and the staff can call a taxi if needed. Impeccable place, impeccable staff.

A comfortable, clean place that works well for business trips, with great staff. The restaurant is cozy but has a somewhat limited menu, and there are other options nearby. I love having the Starbucks downstairs.

The breakfast comes from Starbucks, and it’s included in the price, which some people might like. The rooms were neat and the staff were really kind. My only complaint is that there’s no minibar in the room.

The rooftop bar and terrace are nice, and the staff were very friendly. There’s no breakfast available, though, and the walls are thin enough that sound carries. Still, it’s a nice hotel.
