The patio and pool are nice, and the owners were very attentive, but I found the place very expensive. We paid $150,000 for 4 nights. There was no air conditioning in any room, and people came onto the property each morning through the pool area, which felt intrusive. My friend and his wife had the master bedroom, where the mattress and pillows were old, while their son slept on a sofa. I don't think it works for more than 8 people. The old CRT TV in the barbecue area is a real drawback at this price. The patio also needs lighting, and the perimeter felt extremely unsafe, with only wire fences separating it from the street and possible entry for thieves from anywhere. Rocks fell, and we were concerned because we had 3 cars but the carport only fits one. There's no breakfast, just some things left for you to prepare. For that daily rate, they should at least provide pastries and hot coffee, for example. In short, very expensive.
