You & Me Apartment

You can use a garage across the street, though we left our car parked on the street. The mattress and pillows could be better, and the bathroom needs more light. There’s only a light by the sink, so once the shower curtain is closed, it’s nearly dark in there. The Booking.com photos show the apartment as it is. One thing they may not make clear is that it sits behind a house, though you have a separate entrance through the garage. It’s a small place for no more than two people, with the basics: an electric kettle, electric oven, microwave, and stovetop. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. There’s a TV by the bed, but I can’t say how well the channels or apps work. I brought my Chromecast, which has what I need, and only had to connect it to the Wi-Fi. There’s also a hammock and a grill, but we didn’t use them because it was cold in early July.

Olga, the owner, is wonderful, and the place is perfectly equipped. It’s in a really quiet residential area, just a few blocks from everything, with a beautiful garden. For me, it’s the best place to stay near downtown Tandil. We’ll definitely come back.
