Mayla Apartments

We were told in advance that arriving late would be fine and that we should call for the keys when we got there. Once outside the apartment, nobody answered our messages, and both phone numbers we’d been given were out of service. We waited and called for two hours with no response. We never heard back about what was meant to be a two-night stay. A terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

A fully equipped suite, daily housekeeping, and a quiet street that’s still central, all for much less than any hotel nearby. It felt like finding a home away from home. I’ll be back!

Stay away from this apartment. Everything is old, the beds are awful, and the air conditioning doesn’t cool at all. The shower water is rust-colored, and the manager is rude and makes no effort to solve any problems.

It’s a small but very pretty and charming apartment, close to tourist spots. The bed wasn’t very good, the mattress was old and well-used, and the place was a bit dirty and dusty.
