The apartment was in a quiet area with a good location, and communication with Nahir was good. It was quite small, though, and the corridors and apartment door were dirty. There was a sewage smell from the bathroom the whole stay. We hadn’t realized the towels were meant to be changed after 3 days. When the storm left us without any clean towels on the 2nd day, they agreed to give us 2 more at no extra charge.

Rafael gave excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The apartments are modern and spacious, with a great gym and rooftop swimming pool. They’re right in the heart of Palermo Soho, a really cool part of Buenos Aires with fantastic shops, restaurants, and markets. I’d highly recommend staying here, and I’d come back.

The room was perfectly clean, and the manager replied to my messages promptly. The building felt very safe and secure, with the front desk staffed 24/7. Great location. I’d return.

Very unreliable. The owner canceled the reservation at the last minute.

Luciano was so warm and attentive, always ready to help. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable, with everything needed to feel at home. I’d absolutely recommend it.
