The room was spotless, the service was outstanding, and breakfast was delicious. It’s one of the nicest hotels in what I think is the world’s most beautiful city. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable.

On my second stay here, I had another great experience. The room was spotless, with a really comfortable bed and pillows, and breakfast was good too. I also appreciated the welcome card and chocolates from Viviana, the guest relations manager. Such a thoughtful touch. Thank you!

The location was nice, with lots to do and plenty of places to eat. But the room was small, there were tiny bugs in the bathroom sink, and the mini fridge was warm and broken. There’s no microwave if you need to heat leftovers. I ordered grilled chicken breast through room service and got a fried pork chop instead, which wasn’t even on the menu. That was wild, since I could have been Muslim or had another dietary restriction. On our last day, the power in our room went out too.

The hotel was nice and in a great location, and breakfast was excellent. Many of the rooms seemed spacious, but looked onto interior walls, so they felt a bit dark.

The staff were incredibly attentive, and the hotel is perfectly placed in Buenos Aires, within walking distance of everything. The rooms were beautifully furnished and impeccably clean, with every detail taken care of. Amazing hotel, unforgettable and not to be missed. Highly recommended.
