We had a terrible stay in apartment 2. The complex has no cameras or security, and the gate only gets locked if the tenants choose to lock it. There were lots of people around that day, and a van was parked right in front of our room window. On the first day we had an ice-cold shower. The manager said the boiler was off. That night we were robbed. One of the managers then interrogated us, even though we were the ones who had been robbed. The whole situation was very confusing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

We'd been coming for four years, and the complex is very nice, but this year was a disaster. We had cold water on the first night, and the owner, Javier, said it wouldn't get any warmer. The balcony had no lights; he said they didn't replace the bulbs because they were charged. The owners' service was terrible. They didn't clean or replace the towels, bath towels, or sheets. We had to pay 20,000 pesos per hour for cleaning.

We stayed in an apartment for five people, with two bedrooms and an extra bed in the living room. It had a balcony, two full bathrooms, and heating in every room. The living room included a kitchen with the basic equipment for everyday use. The facilities were great, and the location was good.

Javier was a very attentive host, and the location was quiet and convenient despite being only four blocks from the center. The apartment was beautiful, with excellent facilities and plenty of dishes for our stay. I highly recommend it.

We arrived without a reservation, and Natalia welcomed us very kindly 🤗. The place is comfortable, modern, conveniently located in the center, and the service was excellent.
