We had everything we needed in the room, and the sheets were clean. The safe was handy, and the laundry service worked well. Breakfast was good, and the hotel is quiet and pleasant, in a nice neighborhood within easy walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The staff were very nice. The price was good value, and I'd come back. My only request would be to stop using market towels for the shower, since they make the experience less pleasant.

The place was really clean, but the staff weren't very kind, and I didn't like the stay at all. The room looked nothing like the website photos. I'd booked the "nicest" and biggest room, which looked stylish in the pictures, but there was no decoration. The extra big bed was just two beds pushed together, and they kept sliding apart.

The receptionists were amazing, always smiling and ready to help. The place itself is lovely, with a big bedroom and an adequate bathroom, but it needs refurbishing. The bathroom ceiling leaked, the towels were threadbare and badly stained, and the bedsheets weren't changed during my two week stay.

The location is good, but that's about it. We booked a luxury room and there was nothing luxurious about it. There was mold in the room, and both the bedsheets and towels were dirty.

Julia was really helpful. The hotel isn't the fanciest in the city, but for the price it's reasonably nice and cozy. It's also well placed between Palermo and recoleta.
