O2 Hotel Buenos Aires

The location is great, the air conditioners are new, and the staff are very friendly, nice, and helpful. Breakfast is the same as everywhere else in Argentina, with croissants, cheese, ham, some eggs, sweets, yogurt, tea, and coffee. But this is nowhere near a three star hotel. The beds are super narrow. Put together, two beds make an American queen size, not a king, and one bed is only okay for a skinny person. The pillows are lumpy, overstuffed, and very hard. I woke with neck pain, assuming I could even fall asleep. The standard single fitted sheet was much too big for the bed and slipped off the slippery mattress, leaving us lying on it bare. We stayed three nights and it was torture. We slept maybe 3-4 hours each night and were exhausted all the time. The towels were so thin and old you could see through them. These beds ruined our time in Buenos Aires.

Gustavo and Francisco were phenomenal, always kind and helpful with our requests. The stay was just what we needed, with comfortable rooms and a convenient location near shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
