The people at the front desk were amazing and very helpful. The apartment was clean, the service was great, and it’s a really great place in the city center.

The place has really deteriorated. The bathroom floods, the walls are damp, the sheets are yellowed and stained, and the comforter is stained and as thin as onion skin. The towels are deplorable and yellowed. The refrigerator and cable didn’t work, the Wi-Fi kept switching off by itself, and the broken front door stayed open unless you dragged it open. It felt incredibly unsafe. There was a lot of noise from the neighboring apartment: very loud music, talking, shouting, banging, and furniture being dragged around. Apartments meant for a maximum of four people had nearly ten. I hate to say it, but it’s deteriorated 1000%. Until two years ago, it was excellent. Now it’s not maintained, and the facilities have fallen into disrepair. I hope the owner reads this and invests in fixing it. Otherwise, they should know they’re ripping people off by charging a fortune for what’s practically a temporary rental.

The room itself was fine, but after a week with no cleaning or towel changes, I asked the housekeeper and got a “No.” I ended up buying a broom and cleaning the floor myself. 👌 Then on Sunday morning, November 17th, at 10:00 AM, people bothered me and demanded I leave, even though I’d paid for the trial period until November 25th. After that, nobody answered the phone.

The bathroom flooded completely, and when we asked for a rag, they told us to fetch one ourselves. The curtains and sheets were dirty, and the bidet was badly positioned and wobbled back and forth. When I arrived, the toilet had already been used, with toilet paper lying around. The TV cables were connected poorly, and everything on the television malfunctioned. A horrible stay. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
