The hotel's in a lovely area for walking around, and its common spaces have a lot of charm. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though they only spoke one language. Breakfast was decent. The rooms, though, need work. There was water damage and humidity, and the tiny bathroom had a strange layout that made it hard to use. The showerhead doesn't move and sits only about six inches from the wall. The door won't close all the way, and the shower doesn't fully enclose, so it's easy to flood the bathroom. The pool also didn't seem very clean. Circulation was low, the water wasn't completely clear, and the bottom felt a bit slimy.

Good vibe, good mattress, and the service was good. A taxi from the ferry takes about five minutes. Late at night you can get good food, including meat, and salads are a common option.

The place is quiet and spacious, close to the San Telmo market, and the room was great for the price. Breakfast tasted good, though the selection was a bit limited and repetitive. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The WhatsApp replies were prompt for reservations, questions, and planning, and 24-hour check-in worked well for a late flight. They also kept our luggage after checkout.

The location is perfect, with good restaurants and cafes all around. I stayed here five years ago and loved it, so I came back. Perfect again. The rooms were just what you'd hope for: clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended!

This felt like maybe a two-star hotel by European standards, to be honest. The room was dark, with no lights except the bedside lamps, so in the evening we put a white screen on the TV just to see. The bathroom was old, dirty, and falling apart, with broken doors that let all the smells and sounds into the room. The air conditioner was old, very weak, and really loud. The bedding was dirty and used, and the duvet may not have been covered at all or cleaned between guests.
