I had a rather pleasant month here in March. The apartments are individually owned, so the quality of your unit depends on its owner. The building looks a little tired, but the shared facilities were convenient and nice. There’s a large outdoor pool on the ground floor, heated and good for a proper swim. Laundry is in the basement, with separate self-service washers and dryers. It’s pretty average, but does what you need. Upstairs, the top floor has a nice gym and two decent sized work areas, with big tables and complimentary Wi-Fi. Step out on the balconies for a great view over the city. There’s also a splash pool, jacuzzi and spa facilities up there, plus a fantastic sunset view from the top.

The rooftop terraces have unbeatable views. The building is clean and secure, and the location is perfect.

If Airbnb (useless) sent you here, you should know what’s going on. The apartments are run down, and things are broken or in bad shape. The sauna and indoor pool aren't available, and it looks like they may stay that way for a while. I found a cockroach in my bathroom. They'd had fumigators in a couple of days earlier. That's very common around these parts of San telmo. Fine if you don't mind, since lots of guests seem to turn a blind eye, but no thanks. Book somewhere else, trust me.
