Rivadavia Apartments

It's a good place, though the air conditioner needs repairing!

After a week at the coast, I planned two days in Buenos Aires and needed parking because I had a car. Hotel parking was expensive, charged in dollars, and often meant leaving the car with strangers who might damage it. I found these apartments on Instagram, where parking for pickup trucks was convenient and very reasonably priced, and I could manage my own vehicle. There was a doorman on duty 24 hours a day, and they only asked for my contact details to reserve, with no money transfer. I stayed in apartment 11G, a spacious studio for four with WiFi, a full kitchen, a mini-fridge, a Chesterfield sofa, a large LED TV, two air conditioners, and large beds with comfortable mattresses and towels. It was well decorated and maintained, close to everything, and excellent value. A great experience.

After a long tenancy with a terrible landlord, I urgently needed somewhere for my cats and all my belongings. Hugo and Marcela were incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. The whole experience in the building was a delight, and all the staff are wonderful. The friendly guards, 24-hour security, and beautiful lobby were lovely touches. The 15th floor is lovely too, with a gym overlooking Plaza del Congreso. Having lived in Buenos Aires for quite a while, I think the location is one of the best you can find. Even though it's near Congress, you don't hear the noise you'd expect. The rooms are very well soundproofed, which matters a lot to me, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. They really take care of you, and it honestly feels like home. I'd give it the highest rating and recommend it to everyone. There are standard rooms and rooms on higher floors with beautiful views of Plaza del Congreso. They're quiet, lovely, and comfortable, with everything you could ask for.

The apartment, the service, and the attention were all excellent. Free ice, hot and cold water, and a coffee machine available around the clock were a real treat. I highly recommend it. That 9.4 rating makes sense!
