We'd booked the apartment for 12 nights, but left that same day and moved to a hotel. On our first night, the place smelled awful, like it hadn't been cleaned properly, and the bedding and pillows were musty and unwashed. The next morning we found spiders everywhere. Management offered no solution, and we're still waiting for a refund while also paying for the other hotel. They never replied to our messages. I can't recommend this accommodation at all, and I don't understand its rating. It seemed like a scam.

The place was filthy and full of spiders. We were traveling with a 5-year-old girl and had to leave because of the conditions. I booked 10 days through Despegar and am still waiting for my refund. Terrible place.
