Palermo is a fantastic location, right in the middle of all the great things nearby, and the suites are large enough and fairly clean. But it wasn’t worth the money. I had the penthouse suite on the 3rd floor. The elevator only reaches the 2nd floor, so you have to carry luggage up one flight. The bed was poor, made from two beds pushed together, with torn sheets and flattened cushioning. The terrace pool was dirty, and they didn’t clean it even after I asked. Traffic below made the terrace noisy. The AC sort of worked, but the remote didn’t, so I couldn’t control it. They were very responsive on whatsapp, but there’s no 24/7 service, and check-in is at a different building around the corner. Security felt mixed: there’s a heavy keyed front door and coded access to the room, but someone can get onto the terrace from the neighboring building. A random guy wandered around looking into our terrace and pool, which was kind of scary.

We’ll be back after a great stay. Palermo was a wonderful base, with good restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and it felt very safe to walk around at night. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Sol and Clara at reception were fantastic, helping us with recommendations and booking taxis. Highly recommend.

Palermo is a beautiful area where we felt safe, with lots to see, do, and eat. We really enjoyed our time at Soho luxury. Sol and Carla gave us excellent recommendations and arranged cars to pick us up and drop us off around Buenos Aires.

My wife and I stayed five nights and were very happy with the excellent room and bathroom, the amazing staff, and the even better location. The pillows were a bit dated and harder than I like, but that’s my only complaint. I’ll absolutely come back.
