The rooms are a decent size, the water gets hot, and the location puts you near plenty of restaurants and bars. Those are the main positives. I mostly understand the 3.5-star level, especially for the location, and I'm surprised the overall rating is 4.6. The place was dirty, though not full of bugs. More the usual film, hair, and dust kind of dirty. We arrived to only half a roll of toilet paper, and there wasn't a hair dryer or a full-length mirror. They were short on towels, and it took a long time to get more when we asked. The beds were big but really hard. The bathroom window had no screen, so mosquitoes could get in; we just kept the doors closed. It'll work if you're in a pinch, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The location is hard to beat, with shops, bars, restaurants, and laundry services all around. The apartment itself was another story. We asked reception to have it cleaned, but no one did it during our five-day stay. There was black hair all over, and the bathroom was dirty and disappointing too. We also told the staff the battery in the entrance door needed charging or replacing, and they ignored us. The cleaning staff didn't leave towels, so we had to request them; clean ones only arrived two days later. Such a shame, because the place has a lot of potential.

The rooms were tidy and clean, and the location was the best. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. A week after staying two nights at Soho Point, I came back from another trip within Argentina with 12 hours to spend in Buenos Aires. They remembered me and kindly kept my luggage so I could work from a bar, then arranged my ride to the airport. Definitely recommend. Un abrazo y un beso Sol, Juan y Carla! Sois los mejores!

We had a perfect honeymoon stay, and the staff's kindness and courtesy made it that way. Special thanks to Marina. Miss you all at reception! Chiara and Giacomo from Italy.
