The air conditioning wasn't working, even with the temperature at 37°C. The bathroom light was out, the walls were stained, and the sofa was filthy. The door was broken, the sheets hadn't been washed, and some pillows had no covers. It gave us the impression they only look after the rooms in the main hallway.

Our room was spacious and on the east side of the 11th floor, with great views. Building work woke us up, though. Our friends were on the 13th floor, facing the main road, and had great city views too.

The location is really good and the place is nice. The room was comfortable and clean, but don't expect much from it. There isn't a coffee maker, so ask for one if you need it. Finding the Top Rentals check-in office is confusing: it's on the 13th floor, but there's no sign for "Office 19," and that floor has only 18 rooms.

I've traveled to a lot of countries and stayed in BA for over three months, and this is the best Airbnb I've found in BA or anywhere else. The room is big, the swimming pool is fancy, and the rooftop garden is incredible. It's quiet, and there's a security guard 24/7.

Being so close to Fleni hospital was priceless, since my trip to BA was for medical reasons. I had to extend my stay three times, and the building team was always helpful, making it as easy as possible for me to move between units inside the building.
